I called North Point Pest Solutions for a SINGLE service for ants BUT they sent a contract WHICH specified I was agreeing to MONTHLY service UNLESS I told them 30 days IN ADVANCE, DID NOT indicate what the MONTHLY CHARGE would be, INITIATED the 30 days on the scheduled but not certain date of service and had the usual legal disclaimer that the contract would override anything else they told me, even as they tried to do so while I read it back to them. NO CONTRACTOR ever has asked me to sign such a one sided contract and for a single visit, at that. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH THEM. However good their service may be, they will have put you in legal jeopardy.

I am very happy with the service I received from North Point Pest Solutions. Carlos and Brian are very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and am glad my friend recommended them to me. They are much better than some of the other places I have worked with in the past. If you are looking for a local pest control company, I would definitely call North Point Pest Solutions.
